Target does not seem to believe in supporting and to developing its top talent, rather it focuses on the "bottom 10%" and how to get rid of them, bring in new people and pushing existing people into the "bottom 10%" and getting rid of them. Target gives you a big fat salary and continually keeps you in suspense as to whether you will be employed with them in the future regardless of your perfromance.
