Store managers and other executives sit in their offices offer no help and ask why things aren't getting done when staffing is short. Consistently, told by executives of everything you do wrong and nothing about all the successes you have. The store I worked in lost over 3 executive team leads, 10 team leads, and a half dozen bench (people who had interviewed to become team leads waiting for a spot to open) in a year and a half.
