Pros

The company has an incredible focus on Leadership. This is completed through formal Leadership Statuses that are visited monthly through you and your superior. You can take time off almost at almost any point you like - as long as it's not between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Kontras

Promotions come through an extremely long process of several interviews and leadership courses. However, if the company has a need for the position and you are well-respected by your superiors - the rules can be bent. Therefore there is a major inconsistency around who is promoted (that deserves it) and who will actually get promoted, because of how someone speaks to the business well (but isn't a strong leader).
