Negative Work Environment - General Merchandise Expert bei Target: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The employees are very negative and are not willing to help newcomers transition. I was thrown into my position and expected to perform as if I had been there for years on my very first day. Some of the managers were great while others never held themselves accountable. I was really excited to work for this company but was quickly turned off by everyone's attitude and lack of professionalism.
