$11/ Hr is great for part time and great in general, especially for someone young like myself, lenient with call outs

They go way below the weekly hour limit for minors (40), I'm 17 and they give me 12 hrs/ week at most with only 4- 4.5 hour shifts (not really complaining about that), they said it was because I'm a minor yet they give people younger than me 20+ hour weeks. $11/ hr is great but with the hours they give me I've had to find a second job, I may be a minor but I have bills to pay too and $120-$150 every 2 weeks doesn't do much for me.
