Loved it for a while - LOGISTICS FLOW TEAM MEMBER bei Target: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Target as a company is really going down hill. They keep creating new teams (eg- Beauty) that are taking unnecessary hours away from departments that need them. Hours are horrible, except during Christmas and sometimes Back to School. Its not uncommon to get 30 hours a week in December then 10 in January. Because of when I started working there, I kept getting the dollar bump ups that they kept adding on. Technically it was nice, but it made me mad that I was making the exact same as the new person walking in when I had been there for three years already.
