The atmosphere is great, I get along with my coworkers and I enjoy my time at work. The benefits are just what I need at this point in my life. I have received several promotions in a short time that have added to my satisfaction within the company. The salary leaves something to be desired for me, but I believe that it is competitive. I simply have higher expectations for myself. Overall, Target is a very feedback based community and it is enjoyable being around so many people that you can learn so much from.
