Pros
They hire great people to work with. I love my job. Easy to pick up more hours. The pay is low for how much responsibilities you have.
Kontras
If your not a suck up it is extremely hard to get promoted. Target doesn't like team members to work there way up to LOD. They like to hire managers from outside of Target. It never has made sense to not prefer to promote from within.
