pay days worked to days off good people, usually good supervisors

Kontras

breaks, especially if 2nd shift on weekends mandatory overtime then sending you home unrealistic production expectations making you sweep for 8hrs and not offering to send you home when the backlog is low but they still want to keep up metric numbers for people still in the building (aka no reason to pull fast and meet their pulling expectations)
