Pros
Culture, opportunities, team values and support, commitment to corporate values and ethics. Some people complain about leadership, work life balance and other issues - my suggestion - go try to find something better. There are negatives everywhere and you manage those yourself. There is no perfect utopia

Some change is necessary but we seem to try new roles then switch direction which causes uncertainty in some teams.
