No work life balance. Appraisal is there but no salary increment takes place every year. Those departments who earn incentives, there incentives are very minimal. Some departments are overburdened with work and have less workforce. Managers are very mean, egoistic, unethical. They love people who are sychophants who are fond of flattery. No appreciation for putting your blood and sweat. They promote undeserving candidates for growth due to their favouritism. Hard workers are always cornered. Despite having good year end rating your manager can limit your growth based on their likeability.
