Pros

Young managers, fun, patient with instruction and dedicated, happy in their roles. The dayforce software is fairly good at allowing you to see your schedule and set availability.

Kontras

Employees are asked to vacuum dressing rooms, dust, take out garbage. The eating area is tiny and unclean, dirty rug and a huge trash can near where you eat. There is rigorous oversight of clocking in /out. You can only clock in 3 minutes before your shift. Our hours are frequently cut.

Fun, and upbeat work environment

Kontras

Corporate is extremely tone deaf. Posting videos of redoing offices while also being known for never giving raises to staff. Outlet is drowning and doesn’t get the appreciation they truly deserve for being the hardest working in the whole company. Corporate also does a lot of gaslighting ex: saying this is what everyone wanted but couldn’t be farther from what everyone wanted.
