- The most politically charged environment I've ever worked in. Labels and management are constantly fighting for power, and this usually leads to high turnover and contact re-structuring. - Website still says "Trendy New York SoHo Office" but they moved to midtown and there's nothing trendy about it. - They try to sell this image of being a cool and fun work environment, but in reality it is a very corporate culture. - Low salary/pay-raise. - Limited career growth.
