- 9 day fortnight - Dogs in the office and in meetings - There are still some really lovely, competent individuals who are very passionate about improving things both internally and for customers

- Inspiring leadership is becoming extinct at various levels (not just senior leadership) - Culture has gone down hill and became very toxic, with some heavy corporate games and politics going on - with this kind of behaviour being rewarded and encouraged - Diversity and inclusion has been heavily overlooked and deprioritised over the last 2 years - Career progression is bumpy, with mixed messages between line managers and senior leaders. Initiatives are announced in company wide meetings to then be denied on the next day (literally).
