      Started as an intern, became a senior Manager within three years, was given complete latitude in all aspects of managing the business, when I needed support the owner was always supportive no matter what. Was entrusted with procurement, HR, finances, marketing.

      This has been the best working experience I have ever had. After this job, was hired as a mid level manager in a fortune 500 company with the full support and understanding of my boss at TWM Performance, where else does that happen?

      This manufacturer offers the best opportunities for ambitious professionals interested in pure play B2C ecommerce. I learn something new every day and every day is different! Management empowers employees and involves them in every aspect of business decision making, if they want to.

      Management encourages involvement in all aspects of the business, which may seem daunting to specialists expecting to always do only one task. If one is curious it's heaven as all business functions are concentrated and transparent to all something which is not possible in bigger companies.

      Owner has no consideration for employee atmosphere. Lives in Germany and is very difficult to communicate with.
