Good holiday concessions, at certain times can get your rota 4 weeks in advance, discounts on holiday extras i.e airport lounges

Kontras

awful training, very little help from managers, constantly employing new staff because everyone is leaving due to stress, toilets are very poor and depending on how their mood is management can treat you quite badly. Lots of abuse from customers and also Thomson staff down the phones and very difficult to swap shifts and get holidays off unless booked well in advance.
