Pros

I have a good experience working in teletech because the people who worked thier is very friendly and approachable even if most of my colleague were already tenured and has a position but still they will not take advantage of it, they will treat me as thier little sister and thats the good thing working in teletech

Kontras

Well for me the only downside working in their company is thier tools, most of us were really having a hard time in using our tools because its too slow and some of our customer's were already complaining because it will take time for us to assist them and it will only cause a dsat for us for our service.

Pros

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Kontras

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Kontras

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
