Online-Led Training Courses are a godsend. I suggest one should take advantage of them if they have the time. At the time we have access to technology that make communication and redundancy easier

Localized problem but during my time we had factions. It was kind of hard to be heard if you are not part of the in-crowd

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
