Pros

Home office positions are good with good salaries and schedule options. You just have to adjust to your metrics and you'll be able to get a bonus which is something quite easy to do. Payments are always on time and you get the chance to work extended shifts.

Kontras

It sucks that one of the US managers mentioned that we should go back to site since we're pretty much replaceable and if there is people that don't want to work on site it's fine because somebody else will want to. Also, they give higher salaries to newcomers without giving a raise to old agents.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Kontras

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Kontras

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
