Thank you so much for taking the time to alert us that a criminal is fraudulently using the TTEC name and for sharing more details with us… More importantly, it’s unfortunate that you had a run in with these nefarious cyber criminals.
Please also note that TTEC team members will only have @ttec.com emails. We will most likely request you join a Zoom session during the interview process. We will also never ask you for bank account information until you’ve been hired (to deposit your checks). And we will never ask you to purchase gift cards.
Report: Please report the original email/post/tweet for being fraudulent or a scam so the network can hopefully remove or block those efforts. This may help protect others in the process.
We encourage you to report cyber crimes in your region, alert your bank if any deposits or information was exchange and file a report with your local law enforcement.
