Pros
Remote work opportunities for different large companies. Call center work experience. Paid training. You can work full time/seasonal and get a new job assignment every 3-5 months on average, which I like. You can gain lots of on the job experience and you do have the opportunity to be hired for a platform full-time with benefits if you make the cut until end of the project. Ttec is all about reliability, if you show up and take care of customers then you will do great and advance. You can move up in the company and the recruiters help with job placement as long as you do a good job. Pay ranges depending on certifications and the job, fair pay. Direct Deposit. Full time/permanent employees have benefits. (Full time/seasonal do not) Ttec provides computer and equipment once you pass the initial speed test when applying.
Kontras
The headset is connected to the computer. When working remotely the incoming calls are automatically answered so you have to stay at your desk. Training is hit or miss, you learn the most when you go live on a project. Biggest con is when changing projects you may be out of work 2-3 weeks sometimes but I welcome the break, but some people don’t like that. (Or sometimes you roll straight to a new project)
