      Great Benefits, Great Base Salary, Nice work environment, Free Ice Cream, Covered Parking Lot, Free coffee with cream and sugar.

      Not the greatest Management, no real opportunity for growth, hard to see anyone last over 18 months.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Kontras

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

      Kontras

      Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
