There was never a problem with pay.

The company lied to me. I literally had to outfit the company with EVERYTHING FROM NUTS AND BOLTS,HARNESSES, ALL TOOLS, VEHICLES, INTERPERSONAL TOWER HANDS AND DO 6 SIT WALKS ON MY FIRST DAY!!! I WAS TOLD BY THE OWNERS WE HAD 2 TEAM AND ALL THE MATURNAL FOR THE JOB DURING MY PHONE INTERVIEW. Not to mention they had me lie to the market about how many teams we had in market which became obvious after a month and the company was kicked out of the market.

Pros

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Kontras

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

Kontras

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
