Pros

They work with you to work around your day to day life schedule. If you reach out for assistance they are there to help. They believe in 2nd chances. I respect them for this not many companies do this for employees.

Kontras

It's not an easy job to do. So much to learn in such a short period of time. The pay is very low, yet it's better than having no income. Confusing, frustrating and stressful most of the time. Prepare yourself before applying.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Kontras

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Kontras

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
