Very Unprofessional - Customer Service Representative bei TTEC: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The Talent Acquisitions they want to be called are very unprofessional and unpredictable. I was told that I was hired and was never sent any of the paperwork. They completely forgot about me. I should have known when it started with waiting for the offer email. The recruits should not have to keep "bothering you" if you recruiters do your job properly. They have pulled this on so many people. This company needs to mystery shop their own company because people are completely not doing their jobs here.
