Pros

Ttec has good salary, options on scheduling work hours and a good team to work with.

Kontras

Ttec takes before the revenue than the employee what causes many times that you defend the campaign on which you work but not the company you work for having administrative fails as not providing payrol receipts or even a copy of your contract. Also some of the personnel that grows does it before time due to the interest on improving the revenue of the company affecting a good part of the team’s work.

Pros

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Kontras

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Kontras

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
