Pros

I love work with Ttec because I can do it in my house, is more easy to me, we have all the tools, all the care, i mean everything. Thanks for give me that opportunity.

Not working for being sick, that was a bad thing to me.

Pros

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Kontras

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Kontras

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
