Very fast paced and ever-changing. Mid level management was wonderful.

Kontras

I left due to upper management not appreciating employees and all the hard work that was put in. Compensation increases were not happening unless you were upper management!

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
