Fairly professional and organized, with training and procedures. You can begin work right away, and get plenty of hours. If you don't do well in one program, they'll try to find a place for you in another program.

Kontras

Below average pay. Low cost culture: everywhere a cost can be trimmed, it is (for example, the AC is set to be just barely endurable). This is to be expected in this sort of operation.

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.
