Pros

Good career advancement opportunities if you stick around and put in the necessary effort. Good overall work environment. Clear work expectations. Good co-workers.

Kontras

Company is very process and procedure oriented, not people focused. It's easy to feel like a number and not valued. Pay is overall low and raises are not available in most positions. Typically you will only earn more if you get a promotion. The HC (Human Resources) department is very inaccessible to front line agents. As a manager it was difficult getting answers to questions or concerns. There is very high rep turn over due to pay and lack of career advancement options. Contracts change frequently causing agents and management to be let go with no warning.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Kontras

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Kontras

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
