It's a paycheck, you'll get some training, sit in an air-conditioned office and not out in the hot sun all day picking vegetables or breaking your back in a warehouse ... some advancement potential. If you go to work there have a two year plan that includes doing your very best, making some good contacts to use for references, take on extra work if offered, excel at some of your metrics and definitely try to meet all of them at least some of the time. After two years get the hell out of there. If you have followed a plan you should be able to leave on good terms, improve your salary outlook considerably, and be happier for the opportunity & experience.

Historically call centers move jobs around a lot. It's very easy to do with current technology, and tax credits from local and state governments pay for most of the startup costs. After a site has been in operation for some time the tax credits run out and the location is no longer profitable so they are forced to move on to the next city. Your job will probably only last three years at the most, depending on when you join the team.
