This is a great place to work due to its flexibility on schedules as well as the development opportunities within the company. The fringe is great as well, it becomes very attractive. The salaries are competitive within the market.

Kontras

Honestly, I can not think of any for me, though, I have seen that some people leaving is because of the agent's salary, bonuses or benefits.

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
