Pros

The pay rate was better than average. At first management and most team leaders cared but towards the end the opposite seemed true.

Kontras

All the negative decisions made by management were blamed on the client and we were informed we had no choice but to accept them. Towards the end we were treated like robots, numbers and not humans.

Pros

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Kontras

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Kontras

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
