Pros

Typically, the period of time between interview and hire is about two weeks. Then there is a period of several weeks of classroom training for the job.

Kontras

Unfortunately, the classroom training does not prepair for the job function. There is very little training on their software systems and there is even less training on the systems employees are to know.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Kontras

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Kontras

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
