Pros

Nice salary, nice people, nice job, healthy environment, stressful yet full of fun, nice bosses, grows rapidly, and most importantly they care for their employees.

Kontras

Some of the management people are not so approachable. Competition is very obvious against all the LOBs to the point that they avoid making friends with each other.

Pros

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Kontras

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Kontras

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
