Meet lots of new people so you make lots of new friends but other than that I didn't find anything else that I truly liked.

It just feels like you are one more number in the company and like they do not really care about you.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Kontras

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Kontras

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
