Full time work (with some cut to hours during off season) Benefits Remote work

Kontras

All the stress that comes with a call center job Shallow Leadership Little growth opportunities. Everyone wants off the phone, but few can do it even if they put it all the work (and Im NOT speaking for just myself) Company doesn't care about employees (do they ever?)

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Kontras

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Kontras

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
