Pros
The other people you will working with and interacting with on a daily basis are fantastic, every now and again you forget there are any problems at all. However this is still just the remnants of what was once a great culture. Each member of the team is dedicated to their role and whole hearted set on producing quality items despite the constant battles with a changing and unforgiving internal system.
Kontras
The director level of management within the company are completely disconnected with their staff to the point of delusion. Morale is low, Wages are pathetic, any attempt towards progression or compensation for your time is met with a silent & unwavering brick wall. Despite this apparent confidence, the management frequently makes backwards decisions and has childish outbursts when things do not go their way, giving the company a strange air of skill and providence when stood amongst the staff, but a great feeling of unease the moment any decision has to go higher than a Team Leader or Department Head.
