Get to know advance technology, try something new.

Kontras

Horrible office politics. They don’t care meritocracy, or if it is good or bad for the company. they just care if you belong to their circle or not. Sincere advice to those being approached oversea talents ( non Taiwanese), they will never trust you. 50% oversea hire can only survive less than 2 years. They have 1000 way to make you feel depressed and had to get out. Work life balance is none, they monitor working hour weekly and use it as a metrics to judge you.
