Pay is okay if you weigh in the work hours. Health care program is good. tsmc is thriving to improve workplace culture

if you are a highly sensitive person like me than tsmc is not the best place for you. If you have a hard time with face-paced industry, constant change on schedule, high demand KPI, prompt instant response to both teams message, calls and emails..then this place is definitely not for you. My mental health has been worsen since I joined tsmc. However, it really depends on individuals. Some people can take this as skill building and challenges for their career growth. Some like me just think it's energy consuming, life wasting place to help me stay in the U.S. and make a living basic: paycheck. Pay eventually goes to stress shopping, therapist and other medical assistance to assist me go to work.
