Old HR is full of bureaucratic people (Check attendance record, spying on employees’ meeting record, give employee hard time on pay and benefit. New HR is trying hard but has no clue about TSMC people and culture. IT needs better things to do than limit employee’s ability to work ( don’t allow copy and paste for more than 50 words, can not access teams app at home from computer, can’t access websites or simple websites.
