Pros
- Big company, with high diversity. To meet different people is interesting. One can grow very fast by learning other colleague's advantage. - Form action plan for issue and assign due date for sponsor, very effective management culture.
Kontras
- Environment was too complex (too much things to know) where managers often had no time/patience to listen details. First thing they do ask is how much "benefit" ? - managers are always right. - Growing from a big company to even bigger company. Promotion is not easy. - Delay 1/2 bonus delivery until mid next year ( new employee: 1st 3 months in company are considered as probation, no bonus ).
