Employees welfare is given great importance. Even at times of economic crisis employees were furloughed but not fired. Opportunity to do great work in some of the teams.
Kontras
Rigid job grade structure. Managers seemed to care more about time spent on job rather than quality of work. Did not seem to reward initiative from junior employees.
