People waste time on things not directly related to business Poor work/life balance, management expect you to get things done no matter what Difference of total compensation between people of the same job grade is not significant, even if you outperform most others. Advancement into manager takes a long time (7+ years), I don't think there is a 'fast-track' system in this company.
