Benefits are OK in general, (401K, medical, dental, vision insurance plan). 5 days vacation 1st year and 5 more days for emergencies. Plant shut down at mid and end of the year.
Kontras
No interest in ergonomy. Job is hard if you are in Quality, job rolls are not clearly defined. Hands On approach is often misunderstood. There's no system for production control, everything is pretty "manual". Other departments look not so bad.
