      Pros

      I really love the way they treat their employees, the vibes are so much positive. Lot of things you will get to learn on daily basis. I have been fortunate to be a part of TRooInbound.

      Kontras

      Events and celebrations are still not as per the expectations, though it does happen at times. Apart from this, it does not have anything which we dislike. It is always my choice to work here.

      Pros

      Very much underrated but the company provides hike even in this market. Quality of work. You would never run out of work, mostly, which is a positive. If you are good at your work you would be operating in autonomy which is a sign of a trust on you.

      Kontras

      There is too much of work at times due to which you might have to stretch. Salary on 8th which is not a con as such, but, for some it could be.
