Great job, but just a number - TA Coordinator bei TRUMPF: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Was just a number. It was a very cliquey community within the department and if you were new, good luck trying belong. While I loved the work I did, it was hard to get up everyday and go into the office and feel not welcomes. Now, outside of that department, it looks so welcoming and a happy place to be.
