Great training program, best wireless carrier to sell for currently

Employees hardly recognized for their hard work, employee resources for operations and flexibility to take ideas is almost nonexistent. Always told what needs to be improved or done as well as mistakes made. But never shown or given tools to improve. Left to fend for yourself basically after training.

Pros

Flexiable place to work at, management understands hard work and appreciate employees. Great place to work at if your looking for growth in your wireless career. T-mobile is a easy product to sell, lots of energy and fun on the field. One tip- be up front and honest will take you long way...company really takes care of people. You will also notice many people have been working for more than 5-10 years or more in the company. Fun prizes and company events!!

Pros

good leadership, good colleagues, good students. When first joined the school, they will give the new-hired a training period before formally entering the class.

Kontras

the teachers turn over rate is quite high. You have to work on weekends, and you are working when everyone else is enjoying the holiday, you are on leave when everyone else is working
