Everything. 2 microwaves for entire staff. Can't get a replacement badge until office opens, even if scheduled before then. ( they open at 8am, and I was scheduled at 6am) A ton of miscommunication You get written up for every thing. Like for example having your keys in the training room, having your jacket fall on the floor, and forgetting your badge at home and not being able to get a temp badge until 8. Yes, all of these ACTUALLY happened to myself and others in the training class. Not to mention they have no trust in the employees there. They have secerity that screens you when you walk on the floor. You can have soda because they think you'll sneak a pen and paper in to write down account information.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
