Pros

- Great if you're fresh out of school or uni. You learn how to speak professionally, write emails, use technical backend systems. - Also great if you want to get into the tech field and have no relevant background. - You will definitely find a much better job after working in TP (- so the career opportunities come after you leave. Not within the company. They promote their own people mostly. ) - You get paid in time, every month - You work 8 hours strictly and the moment you clock out you don't think about this job at all.

- toxic workplace - all kinds of people and cultures, not that it's a bad thing but it's too crowded and loud most of the time. - you're a number and treated as such. - working round the clock IT'S NOT FOR MORE THAN A YEAR. LEARN AND LEAVE

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Kontras

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
